Player News — 06 January 2012
According to Joseph Goodman via Twitter, Miami Heat small forward LeBron James is expected to be a game-time decision with a sore ankle.
James landed on a player’s foot against the Indiana Pacers last night, and could be held out as a precaution. Per Heat beat writer Ira Winderman via Twitter, James was seen limping back to the locker room following the team’s shoot around, where he was apparently “coming up short” on his jumpers.
Fantasy Analysis
James finished last night’s game with the injury, so there’s still a pretty good chance he plays. He’s missing jumpers and has poor body language, though, so if you’re not feeling good about it, go ahead and sit him for tonight.
