2012 NBA Draft Rumors: Bulls Eyeing Tyshawn Taylor at 29?

According to Vin Parise via Twitter, the Chicago Bulls “are drafting” Kansas point guard Tyshawn Taylor with the 29th overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft on Thursday night.

Chicago does need help at the point guard spot due to Derrick Rose’s knee injury, and their current cast of point guards aren’t anything more than average.

Still, Taylor isn’t a true point guard by any stretch of the imagination, and may not be completely ready to play a huge role at the next level immediately. I have Taylor lasting until the middle of round two because of his short-comings as a natural point guard, and would take this report with a huge grain of salt.
