The NBA trade deadline is a little over two weeks away, forcing teams to get into full gear and decide who they want to keep for a title run, or whether or not the playoffs are worth sacrificing their team’s future.
One of the latest, hottest NBA trade rumors is coming out of Cleveland, where LeBron James is reportedly very interested in landing Washington Wizards’ forward Antawn Jamison as a new teammate, and rightfully so.
Jamison is in his mid-30′s, but still packs a punch as a great shooter and scorer, and hits the boards with the best of the league’s superstars.
The addition of Jamison would surely give the Cav’s, who are already arguably the East’s best team, the best chance to represent their conference in the NBA Finals.
Here’s some other NBA buzz flowing through the web:
Mavericks’ Josh Howard expecting to be dealt?
Despite rumors that the New York Knicks are actively shopping Jared Jeffries, Nate Robinson, Eddy Curry, and others, team president Donnie Walsh has been adamant about the Knicks’ desire to stand pat.
Andre Iguodala’s name continues to pop up in trade rumors.
Danny Ainge laughing off trade rumors involving Ray Allen?
Indiana Pacers inside man Troy Murphy is reportedly very much available, but are the Pacers asking too much for him?
J.J. Redick now potential trade asset, instead of pawn?
